As part of a multi disciplinary team I lead the form design of the standard and first class seats as well as helping with other interior elements of the Hitachi IEP program for the class 800/801 trains.
Working with the seat supplier FAINSA we created seats based on a modified existing platform to meet the requirements needed and provide a strong lasting icon for the interior of the Class 800 trains.
